Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you have a great experience, so we've outlined our policies below.

Instagram Live Sales

During our Instagram Live sales claimed items will be invoiced through Shopify invoicing. Once an invoice is sent, it must be paid within 24 hours or the item will be relisted.

Claiming Items from Instagram Posts

For items claimed from regular Instagram posts, please send us a direct message to claim the item or comment "claim" or "sold" on the post. The item will be held for 24 hours. If we don't receive payment within 24 hours, the item will be relisted.

Vintage Item Conditions

Our vintage items are carefully selected and described. Please note that vintage items may have signs of wear consistent with their age. All items are sold as-is.

Shipping

We ship items within 7-10 business days of payment receipt. Shipping costs are calculated based on the item's weight and destination. You will receive tracking information once your item ships.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through Shopify invoicing.

Final Sales

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
