Refund policy

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and antique items, all sales are final. This applies to purchases made through our website, Instagram Live sales, and claimed posts. By claiming or purchasing an item, you agree to these terms.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an invoice is paid. Each item is photographed and described as accurately as possible, and vintage items may show wear consistent with their age. We are happy to provide additional photos or details before you buy. Just ask.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, contact us at amanda@vintagecultureshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will file a claim with the shipping insurer on your behalf.
